Blue Bell, PA - Pool Cabana
Pool Cabana
For this project, we designed a pool cabana that fit the client’s desire for a modern element to complement the existing pool. This design replaced a readymade concept that came with the pool planning.

North Wales, PA - Residential Renovation
Residential Renovation
This project introduced a two-step paneling system and ceiling coffers to the living room and foyer. Lighting was addressed and wood floors were extended into the dining room, along with a paneled wall. Wood handrailing was replaced with metal handrailing throughout the house.

Residential Renovation
This project transformed a covered porch into family room with large windows and folding doors for a seamless indoor/outdoor transition. Large portions of the existing masonry back wall were removed to create open area spaces between the kitchen, family room, and dining room. A den was converted into a mudroom, large bath and back vestibule. A large masonry wraparound deck completed the renovations.

Chestnut Hill, Philadelphia - Mixed Use New Construction
Mixed Use New Construction
This project created a modern mixed-use complex on the corner of Germantown Ave and Abington Ave in the vibrant neighborhood of Chestnut Hill. The new construction features ground floor retail space with expansive storefront windows and upper-level residential units with private balcony terraces.
Traditional masonry components of brick, cast stone, blue stone and Wissahickon shist were coupled with custom metal railing, balconies and large windows and doors. Every component of this building was designed, detailed and overseen in construction. The arched side door leads to a three-story foyer with a custom staircase for the two residential units. There is a private elevator for the 3rd and 4th floor duplex. It is a modern and welcome addition to Germantown Avenue in Chestnut Hill.

Restaurant Adaptive Reuse
This project, a former bank building, transformed office space into a bar and restaurant. Designing the statement bar and adding in the staircase to the upstairs section were highlights of the job.

Blue Bell, PA - Kitchen Renovation
Kitchen Renovation
This project moved walls and doors in order to open the space, enlarging the entertainment area in the kitchen and easing the transition into the living room and backyard. The custom cabinetry is by Village Handcrafted Cabinetry.

This kitchen renovation took from nearby rooms to enlarge the space and allow for an extra-long island with butcher block insert.

Corporate Renovation
Two of many projects for the Verizon team included updating the facade of this building on the Parkway, as well as fully renovating a Verizon building at 900 Race Street, which included new handmade exterior metal doors.
